Check for oil and refrigerant leaks

Lubricate as needed
Checking connections at the cleaning of blower & condenser fan, filter evaporator & condensor coils & equipment.

Inspect expansion valve and coil temperature

Check fuel for satisfactory operation
Oiling of Motor

Clean condensate drain

Adjust combustion for optimum fuel efficiency
Checking of grill and room temperature

Verify refrigerant level

Check blower belt wear, tension and alignment if applicable
Re-operation of Fan Motor

Test safety devices

Check and adjust automatic controls
Attending to all break down call within 12 hours of complaint

Check thermostat for proper operation and calibration

Clean and adjust burner / pilot assembly
Time required for Re-replacement of Compressor 3 working Days & Electric Circut / PCB Board.

Adjust blower for proper air flow

Inspect electrical connections
Gas charging will be covered under AMC, if any Gas Leak in the outdoor unit valve.

Adjust system for optimum cooling

 

 
The contract covers only electro mechanical rotating parts and Electronic Circuit/PCB board
